Yes. The Pagoda is an outside attraction. Trust me I've lived there my whole life and there is nothing inside. When you go you want to park and exit your car and view the scenic top of the mountain overlook of Reading. Then travel along the summit and stop at the other parking areas to view the greater Reading area. Another treat is to go back at night and see the city in lights. Dont forget when your their during the day to get a pic at the flagpole with the pagoda in the background.
So, I am reading that this is not a safe place to go. Is that true? I would like to see it when we are in the area next week. Also, is there a fee to go up in it? Thank you!

I am scheduling a trip there for a group of people. One just herd that when a relative visited in the spring that it was quite dirty. Lots of graffiti covered the walls; it smelled like urine, and teach littered the grounds. Was it clean went you visited?

The grounds were dirty and there was a lot of trash around the trails. My husband said the men's room was pretty bad.
