卡罗利纳 ，绰号巨人之地 ，是美国属土波多黎各的一个自治市，位于波多黎各岛东北部沿海、圣胡安以东。面积156.29平方公里。2000年人口186,076人，是该岛第四大城市。下分卡罗利纳市和12区。 1816年建立，时称下特鲁希略 ，1857年改以西班牙王查理二世称为San Fernando de la Carolina，后又缩写成今名。
