Park Avenue Center provides gender-specific drug and alcohol treatment and mental health treatment in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Established in 1979, we are a co-occurring program serving Minnesota’s less fortunate. Clients served typically struggle with multiple barriers to recovery, including mental illness, homelessness, financial problems, legal issues, and an overall lack of support. We provide supervised off-site housing for clients in need and on-site psychiatric services including medication management. Our culturally diverse multidisciplinary team is made up of Licensed Psychologists, LPCC’s, LMFT’s, LADC’s, RN’s, Licensed Dietitians, LICSW’s, and Licensed Social Workers. Direct Access allows clients to start treatment immediately.
