Lucy is a certified personal trainer who works with people who have Parkinson's, MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, extreme pain and weight issues, exercise phobias and/or a general dislike for personal trainers. She loves them all. She has been teaching tai chi and mindfulness for 15 years. She has a lifetime certification from the Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Association where serves as Executive Vice President/President Elect. She won the 2005 gold medal in the San Diego Grand National Championship for Guang Ping Yang tai chi. She holds a certification in Tai Chi for Arthritis, and she is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) as awarded by Yoga Alliance. Lucy is married to Brad Campbell, and they have two fantastic teenagers, a cat named Buddy, Calvin the dog, Chester the guinea pig, and many unnamed basement spiders.
