Yes, they do enforce the closing time. You can get similar views along the road going up to the park.

We didn't take the tour you are speaking of. We hired an open top Crysler Hemi for 6 hours and did the tour combined with what we wanted to do and the owner/driver making …

We didn't take the tour you are speaking of. We hired an open top Crysler Hemi for 6 hours and did the tour combined with what we wanted to do and the owner/driver making suggestion. Cost is $60 per hour and you can hire by the hour. Great way to see the island without tour crowds. Thanks Neil
