Pedestrian hit, killed on highway near Gainesville identified
Texas troopers said a pickup was eastbound on US-82 near County Road 123 just after 7 p.m. when it struck Brenda Gentle, 74, of Gainesville, in the roadway. Gentle was pronounced dead at the scene.
