A quadrilateral is a four-sided shape. It could be a square, rectangle, kite, rhombus, parallelogram or trapezium. For any quadrilateral, the angles of the four corners add up to \(360^\circ\).
The opposite sides are parallel. The diagonals bisect each other at right angles. A kite has two pairs of equal sides. It has one pair of equal angles. The diagonals bisect at right angles.
