The process is almost the same for Windows 11/10/8/7. First and foremost, you need a Windows installation DVD. Without that, it will be hard to proceed.
When the program is executed, it determines which partition contains the active operating system and branches to the boot program in that partition's boot sector to load it. See boot sector.
You need to rebuild the Boot Configuration Data file and repair the Master Boot Record file. To do this, you have to boot into the Advanced Startup Options screen and then select Command Prompt.
