Pacific Coast Highway has been closed again, as rain is making its way to Southern California, bringing fears of mudslides in the Palisades Fire burn area.

Portions of several heavily trafficked Los Angeles-area freeways, as well as portions of PCH will be closed for overnight utility work, Caltrans announced. Work on the projects will begin at 9 p.m.
