HO CHI MINH CITY -- Japanese express haircutting chain QB House has landed in Vietnam, targeting younger people seeking a step up from street barbers who work next to passing vehicles and pedestrians.

Dozens of veterans took advantage of the free haircuts at the Captain’s Quarters Hair Salon in Downtown Columbia. Forest Ivy is a United States Army Vietnam Veteran who received a free haircut.
