One of Bay Area transit’s most challenging records was broken late last week, when a pair of bus/ferry/rail enthusiasts rode the region’s 24 Clipper-eligible transit agencies in less than 24 hours.

The time it takes to drive to what is widely perceived to be the state’s most unforgiving semistate is better spent with friends.

The PATCO transit system between South Jersey and Philadelphia will run express trains on a special schedule to and from the Eagles Superbowl LIX victory parade on Friday, officials announced Tuesday.
