Lufkin’s KeVondrick Taylor and Elijah Alexander were named to the Blue Bell/Texas Sportswriters Association Class 5A all-state team that was released Thursday.

Two people were found dead at a home in Elgin on Tuesday, and the Elgin Police Department said it is investigating.
