TILLAMOOK COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - A lost and injured puppy was rescued from the side of the Wilson River last month, according to the Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office.

Of the 142 rescue puppies, one has ties to the Chicago area, according to local animal rescue One Tail at a Time.
