2024年11月7日 · Overall I loved the ship. I can't stop raving about the elevator system. As usual reading on the internet in the months leading up to the cruise set my expectations ridiculously low and as usual once on board I found 98% of the negativity I had previously read to be either completely unfounded or at least way more dramatic than was justified.

2024年1月6日 · 3. The Lido Buffet is at the very front of the ship. When we were on the ship, the views were typically obscured due to fogged up windows due to humidity (Panama Canal itinerary). They were very slanted which may have contributed. 4. There is no peaceful aft pool 5.

2024年11月10日 · We even saw a rainbow in the clouds. Paid $10 for a chair and took turns going for a swim. We stayed for a little more than an hour and then headed back to the ship. On our way back to the ship we bought our obligatory tourist Bahamas T-shirts that we use to sleep in. They were 8 t shirts for $40. A bargain and super soft.

We didn't find it too big, our cabin is always in the forward section so we regularly walk the length of the ship for food - always back and forth on Lido deck or via the atrium, never along the never ending cabin corridors. 2024年1月30日 · Santorini can be challenging, due to the tendering and the potential overcrowding if several ships are in port. We took an enjoyable excursion to Oia and a winery, and it ended in Fira with time on our own before returning to the ship, taking the cable car down to the tender dock. We had no problem as our ship was the only one in port that day.

2024年8月17日 · I have read a number of articles and reviews on the Majestic, and apparently it is not the same as the other Royal Class ships. Remember, it was originally built to the China cruise market and is not "identical" to the other Royal class ships. We are looking forward to this cruise and are hopeful/optimistic that the Majestic will be just fine.
