2010年12月26日 · Ice builds up in these motors if you do not apply a little silicone to the heads of the bolts. The snow melts ontop of the motor and leeches in through the bolt holes. It then freezes and stops the motor cold! Just a pun there.. Anyways if your motor still does not work, check the brushes at the top. These are easy to change.

2009年12月10日 · The plow would drift down slowly, i found there was a bad o ring on the bottom of the ram. Very easy job to fix. Troubleshooting guide says to check the a-valve o rings first. Everything was fine on the a-valve, Next is to check the seal cup and o-ring on the ram. And thats where the problem was!! I hope this info can help somebody.

2014年12月15日 · The B coil ( red wire) and valve is what makes the plow raise when you hit the switch, Next check the A valve and coil 9 black wire. The A coil is what holds the plow in the up position and allows it to drop when you hit the switch. If either of these valves or O-rings are bad it can keep the plow from raising.

2014年11月9日 · I've purchased a used st 7.5 meyer plow. It has a E57h pump on it. The problem is, it Will go up and down and turns left and right. But if I take it to full lock to the left it will no longer turn right. The right side power ram then has a ton of pressure on it. Quick connect won't come off due to the pressure.

2010年9月24日 · I have an E47 Meyer pump and 7 foot plow on a 1978 Ford F-150. I was experiencing problems last winter with the initial lift of the plow. It would only raise 4-6 inches. I would drop it and then it would raise halfway. On the third lift it would raise to full height and then work properly. It seemed to also angle slowly when cold.
