Logos are meaningful images, but they are exempt from certain Web Content Accessibility Guidelines(WCAG) that apply to images and graphics. For a quick break-down: Logos are required to have a text alternative, such as using the alt attribute.

2011年1月4日 · Company logos do not need to meet accessibility criterion per WCAG 1.4.3 ("Text that is part of a logo or brand name has no contrast requirement"). However, if you have flexibility with the logo design and can make it pass contrast guidelines, that's a great thing to do. All other text must meet the minimum contrast ratios.

Per WCAG 1.4.3 "Text that is part of a logo or brand name has no contrast requirement" so in the instance that these sub brand logo are graphics that have text in them then they will pass. If sub-brands are typed and it is not a graphical logo then these sub brands would be subject to text contrast guidelines.
