Burkhard Heim (German: [haɪm]; 9 February 1925 – 14 January 2001) was a German theoretical physicist known for creating a unified field theory called Heim theory. [1] He was particularly interested in the application of his theory to the development of hyperspace travel. [2]

Heim theory, first proposed by German physicist Burkhard Heim publicly in 1957, is an attempt to develop a theory of everything in theoretical physics. The theory claims to bridge some of the disagreements between quantum mechanics and general relativity. [1]

In the 1980s Burkhard Heim claimed to have found what Einstein and his successors have been looking for in vain to this day: a mass formula for all elementary particles and the explanation of their qualities by dynamic geometric structures.

The physicist Burkhard Heim was a severely handicapped person (blind, hard of hearing, handless). Therefore, it was impossible for him to work within a team at an institute.

Burkhard Heim was a German theoretical physicist. He devoted a large portion of his life to the pursuit of his unified field theory, Heim theory. One of his childhood ambitions was to develop a method of space travel, which contributed to his motivation to find such a theory. During World War II, Heim was recruited as a soldier in the air force.

In May and June 1994 Burkhard Heim presented various results of his research on physics, cosmology, evolution of life and transcendental questions. The lecture series consisted of 40 hours of lectures on a total of 4 weekends.

This is a transcript of Burkard Heim's legendary presentation to MBB, on 25.11.1976. Here, for the first time, Heim presents to the public a way to calculate the mass spectrum of elementary particles, based on his unified field theory.
