2021年1月24日 · I highly recommend the ori and the blind forest and oblivion/skyrim soundtracks, as people have said. But for a new recommendation, I would say the witcher 3, basically any Halo game (especially ODST and it's jazz soundtrack), mass effect 3, and honestly battlefield 1 has some surprisingly beautiful songs.

2023年2月27日 · It depends on your taste. You might want to check out Ambient music, and Minimal music. There's a lot of relaxing classical music (e.g. Chopin, Erik Satie, the Lark Ascending). Some like more folk-based, such as Clannad / Enya. Maybe search for "relaxing" "calm" "uplifting" playlists on Spotify. Wishing you well.

2022年2月26日 · Being into Death Metal since '96, at the recommendation of an ex-gf, I tried listening to some "relaxing" stuff such as piano music for cats, reiki music and some ASMR. They all gave me panic attacks and extremely enraged me to the point of having an instant urge to get out on the street and start slaughtering people for no God damn reason.

2021年12月24日 · I've used Spotify calming music for my dog overnight since she was a tiny puppy (she sleeps in a different room to me). I also used to leave it on when I left the room to drown out house and outside noises when we were doing separation anxiety training. Worked a treat for me. I actually still put it on overnight for her now and she's 20 months old.
