2008年4月8日 · Re: Cleaner Wax vs Carnauba Wax Keep in mind the Cleaner/Wax cleans, polishes, and waxes. The DC3 only waxes. So if your surface is good and clean, and you jus twant to add more wax, you can use DC3. If it needs some cleaning, you will want to go back to the cleaner/wax.

A pure carnuba wax will impart a nice warm shine (especially on dark colored cars) whereas NXT (combo of synthetics) will leave a nice crisp shine. NXT 2.0 is easy to use and will outlast a pure carnuba wax as far as durability.

2016年5月1日 · Ok, through many decades (old school) I've gone from carnauba paste wax to carnauba liquid wax to currently synthetic liquid wax/sealers and spray wax/sealers. I feel I'm missing the depth or feel of carnauba though and would appreciate some input. I typically wax my vehicles three to four times per year (Meguiars UW).

2008年7月11日 · Carnauba wax can be measured many ways but it should be measured in wet volume (that is the carnauba wax should be melted into a liquid forum). In general carnauba wax is shipped in very fine flakes, which would be there DRY volume. An example would be to fill a 20 gallon garbage can half way up with feathers, then fill the rest up with water.

GOld class one can say wins in the looks department, or if one is after depth and darkening effect but loses out in durability.

2010年1月28日 · A couple of weeks ago I was able to get a tin of Meguiars new Gold Class Carnauba Plus Wax. Since I am a fan of the first version I definitly wanted to give this updated version a try. I tested out the paste version of this wax and hopefully soon I can give the liquid version a try since I prefer liquid over paste waxes.
