Mr. Carpainter is a character from EarthBound. He lives in Happy Happy Village, where he was once a regular person, but fell under the influence of the Mani-Mani Statue and started a twisted cult called Happy Happyism. He orders his followers to paint the town blue and, with Porky's assistance, kidnaps Paula to make her the high-priestess.

Mr Carpainter is the secondary antagonist and a mini-boss in Section 2 - Oh, Mother, found in Happy Happy Village. He is the highest priest of the Happy-Happyism cult.
