So by all means let them explore and discover the castle in general, but pick some story beats that you like and make sure that each session has at least a couple of cool traps/characters/events.

2021年3月21日 · I have just ran a bit of Castle Ravenloft, and trying to read it through the description makes it so confusing and horrified as a GM. What did help for me alot was sitting down and prepping it in a VTT (Virtual Tabletop) for my onlinegroup and downloaded the whole floor map as one big map. Then it's much easier to see how everything is connected.
