This is a pictorial list of official Traitor Legion and Renegade Space Marine warbands of Chaos Space Marines (A-L) created by Games Workshop. It does not include any fan-created Renegade Chapters.

Chaos Space Marines, also sometimes called Traitor Marines, Renegade Marines, or Heretic Astartes, are former Space Marines of the Imperium of Man who have chosen to abandon the service of the Emperor of Mankind and dedicate themselves to Chaos to achieve their own ends.

2025年1月8日 · Inevitably, during the ten thousand years following the Heresy, entire chapters of once loyal Space Marines have fallen to Chaos. Some of the most notable include the Red Corsairs , The Purge , The Scourged , the Blood Disciples , the Company of Misery , the Crimson Slaughter , the Sons of Malice , and The Cleaved .

Strictly by the lore, there are no chapters descended from traitor legion gene seed. There are however, plenty of chapters who do not know their genetic origin. So if you want to be lore strict, you could have a traitor descendant loyalist chapter, that wasn't aware of their roots.

From Renegade raiding parties and turncoat pirates to the immense invasion forces known as Black Crusades, the armies of the Heretic Astartes follow the favoured champions of the Dark Gods into battle, and fight at their command.

2012年9月16日 · Chaos Space Marines consist primarily of the nine Space Marine Legions that allied with Horus during the Horus Heresy, but can also include various Renegade Chapters that turned to Chaos in later millennia.

2020年8月6日 · There are a few chapters assigned to guard around the Eye of Terror called the “astartes praeses” (I think that’s what they are called collectively) that I would assume excel at fighting chaos marines. Orks are the prime enemy of the Crimson fists usually. For Eldar I don’t know of any chapters that specialize in fighting them.
