2013年10月7日 · The liquid is the 9.6% and the powder is the 20%. The OP asked how to give the equivalent of the concentrated liquid. Since the treatment dose is 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder, you would just add the 1.5 tsp of dry powder to 2 tsp of water to make the equivalent.
