2021年10月6日 · 6 quart is standard size. I routinely cook roasts that size in a 5.5qt. The danger of a too large Dutch oven is the liquid will all dry up and it will burn. 6qt isn’t too big though. You can check the amount of liquid left periodically and add more if needed. For the smaller Dutch oven, if it fits it fits and you can use it.
