ONE@ECDA is an online platform to support the registration and professional development of early childhood educators.

The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) is the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore and oversees key aspects of children’s development below the age of seven across both kindergartens and child care centres.

ECDA has enhanced the preschool search journey for parents, now available through the LifeSG app or website, your one-stop portal for Government services. This new search tool makes it easier for parents to locate preschools near their homes, workplaces, and even their child’s caregivers' homes.

ECDA-licensed preschools provide care and education for children between 2 months and below 7 years. Here is an overview of the types of services that may be offered in a preschool: Class of Licence

Application can be submitted by a childcare centre or a kindergarten. If you currently own an ONE@ECDA account, you can also submit the application on your own. Upon ECDA’s approval, you will be issued with a Letter of Notification that states your certification level(s).
