Fraygo's Flophouse is a bunkhouse just inside and to the west of the southern entrance to Wyrm's Crossing, through the entrance to the area, past the guards on the way to the lower city that trigger a conversation. Dalyria and Pale Petras can be found arguing on the first floor.

Head north, passing through the South Span Checkpoint, and continue north. You’ll want to enter Fraygo’s Flopohouse behind the merchant Thordic Shedeveer. Head up to the top floor and use a ladder to reach the attic.
