Genome Data Viewer GDV supports the exploration and analysis of NCBI-annotated and selected non-NCBI annotated eukaryotic genome assemblies. Currently, assemblies from over 3480 organisms are available.

The NCBI Genome Data Viewer (GDV) is a genome browser supporting the exploration and analysis of annotated eukaryotic genome assemblies. The GDV browser displays biological information mapped to a genome, including gene annotation, variation data, BLAST alignments, and experimental study data from the NCBI GEO and dbGaP databases.

The NCBI Genome Data Viewer (GDV) allows users to visualize gene annotation and other molecular data in the context of whole genome assembly. The Genome Data Viewer is used by different NCBI resources, such as dbGaP and GEO, to provide a graphical display of data associated with specified experiments or samples.

2021年10月21日 · Did you know that you can see epigenomic or other experimental data in NCBI’s Genome Data Viewer (GDV)? You can easily add aligned study results from GEO, SRA, and dbGaP as data tracks to GDV browser view. Just go to the Tracks button on the toolbar and select the menu option to Configure Tracks.

A configure panel will launch that allows you to browse/search data tracks available at NCBI. You can add and hide tracks and configure track settings. See Sequence Viewer documentation for more information.
