INCE-USA is a non-profit professional organization whose primary purpose is to promote, through its members, noise control solutions to environmental, product, machinery, industrial and other noise problems.

There are two types of conferences organized by INCE-USA that occur in North America, NOISE-CON and INTER-NOISE. NOISE-CON occurs annually, except in years where INTER-NOISE is hosted in North America. in those years, NOISE-CON does not occur.

The INCE Certification Board (CB), chaired by the INCE Vice President of Board Certification, is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and determining whether an applicant complies with the requirements for Board Certification.
