Or, take some tomatoes sauce, salt, spices, and stevia or other sugar sub and heat on the stove to mix. Then let cool to room temp and add acv or other probiotic no dairy liquid to make ur own. Just a option. I've made fermented bbq sauce, but I added brown sugar during the heating process. This was pre keto though.

2023年12月5日 · A sugar free or very low carb BBQ sauce that I can use. My own homemade sauce uses molasses, honey, and ketchup, so I know it's very sweet (but spicy too). Would like a way to keep as much of that flavor without all the carbs.

I find that the sweetener doesn't add much in the way of flavor and makes it way less keto. So far I've tried with half as much sweetener but think it could almost be eliminated entirely. Also, I don't add the tomato paste. I usually go with about 4 oz prego pasta sauce which honestly could almost be taken out as well.

I know you were looking for a sauce to buy, if you're open to a Carolina style sauce, this one's good. Note: vinegar based, not tomato like most bbq sauces, but us Carolinians like it!
