Although we can make the underlying structure of your nose quite a bit smaller, the overlying skin must redrape, or shrink-wrap around this new structure.

Large pores on the nose can be treated either with CO2 laser resurfacing or dermabrasion (sanding of the skin). You did not mention your skin tone but you will want to avoid any lightening of your skin. Overaggressive skin resurfacing can lighten darker skin.
