2024年12月17日 · I understand changing from IMAP to POP3 can be confusing. Unfortunately, you can't directly change an existing IMAP account in Outlook to POP3. You need to add a new POP3 account. IMAP and POP3 use different protocols and handle emails differently. Outlook manages them separately. Changing the protocol requires setting up a new account.
