This is a good write-up. There was one thing I was a bit unclear about. You mention that palkia-o is better than palkia-a in the 2 shield, and compare draco vs spacial palkia-o in the 1 and 0 shield, but I don't see a mention of how draco vs spacial palkia-o perform in the 2 shield.

If you wanna take these two to pvp, its arguable that their need to hold items to retain origin forms, can very much limit your strategy. The best thing to do is not rely too much on a hyper offensive dialga, and run Palkia as a Thunder using rain counter in Sun teams.

Palkia-O is better than Wake, but takes up a restricted slot. Also in single restricted it is outclassed by Miraidon, Calyrex-S, Kyogre. Even Dialga-O is better for Trick Room since its slower, bulkier and has a much better matchup vs Zacian-C and Flutter Mane.

Turns out because it had the mons throwing different charge moves. I saw this before too when I was trying to sim which UL XL's to invest in.

Palkia is amongst the strongest Pokémon with a base stat total of 680. So, it seems to be quite self-explanatory why you are having trouble defeating it.
