Greys will almost always have a black or dark brown stripe running along the top of the tailbone. Other species of fox vary based off habitat ie kit and fennec foxes are desert animals and have colors approximating habitat.

Next you should try to get them from above to get the best shot. Finally move slowly and low to avoid being seen and approach them from the side.

This happened to me today. Killed a legendary animal and couldn’t find it. The paw didn’t pop out in my map but I did get a notification that I killed a legendary animal. I tried everything. I search the area for about an hour. I even left the area in hopes that I would be notified that I left the legendary animal. Nothing.

2023年2月28日 · If you’re hunting red fox and are ignoring all other animals you’re not using your time efficiently, you probably have an extremely low ROI. Im guessing you are just killing foxes while ignoring moose and caribou, youre missing out on potential diamond/great one spawns hyperfocusing on the fox.

2022年5月20日 · Yes, foxes are opportunistic hunters, but an adult cat is close to the size and weight of an fox (an adult fox is between 4.5 and 5.6kg) and more dangerous towards the fox then the other way around. Foxes are cowards, prefer fleeing over fighting. The only way for a fox to pick up a fight with a cat would be a Vixen defending an attack on her kits.

Colorado used to have a breeding program for red foxes around Morison/red rocks for breeding melanistic foxes for their fur. Several individuals got out over time and eventually the thing was shut down for being inhumane, among other things, but there is now a large population of melanistic red foxes in the Colorado Rockies because of it
