The S22 features three cameras. In addition to a 50MP wide angle camera with an F1.8 aperture, and a 1/1.156-Inch sensor, there’s a 12MP ultra wide angle camera with F2.2 aperture and 1/2.55-inch sensor. Finally, the 10MP telephoto camera has an F2.4 aperture, and a 1/3.94-inch sensor.

As you might imagine, the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra all sport a capable array of cameras: The S22 and S22+ offer ultra-wide, standard, and 3x zoom views, while the S22 Ultra offers an additional 10x optical zoom lens.

Spearheaded by a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens the Galaxy S22’s main camera gets a serious boost with a higher pixel-count and larger sensor when compared to the S21. The phone’s ultra-wide 12MP camera looks like it uses the same module as the S21, while the telephoto camera has seen a complete overhaul.

There are three more snappers on the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s back, including two telephoto cameras with new 10MP Sony sensors—one with 3X optical zoom and another with 10X.
