The Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society is a nonprofit serving the people and animals of our community by providing life-saving programs for cats and dogs, cultivating compassion, and strengthening the human-animal bond.

Most animals will either be available at our Solano Thrift Shop on Saturdays, or by appointment. Animals are generally available for walk-in adoptions at our Solano Thrift Shop (1120 Solano Ave. Albany) Saturdays starting at 11am. Adoption Inquiries are first-come, first-served.
