2020年3月25日 · Sourdough starter: I use my basic sourdough starter, but 12 hours before I mix the bagel dough, I take 3 TBS. of starter and mix it with a cup of AP flour, 1 cup room temp water and 2 TBS. Honey and let activate at room temp. Yield: 9 bagels

2024年5月27日 · Only boil 3-4 at a time, making sure not to crowd the pot. Use a mesh stainer to remove the bagels and let rest on the parchment paper until cool enough to handle. Once cool enough, dip one side into your choice of toppings and place back onto the parchment paper. Bake the bagels at 425°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

2023年11月20日 · The recipe says, after shaping the bagels to give them 30 minutes to rise until “puffy.” I gave them 30 minutes, no puffy. So, I covered them and put them in the refrigerator overnight.

Occasionally, I get the craving for an everything bagel with cream cheese so I decided that it was time to make some bagels. I used the recipe from The Pantry Mama and boy oh boy they were delicious and super easy to make!
