We are located in the South San Juan National Forest East of Pagosa Springs (Unit 78) in southwest Colorado. Hunters may choose to hunt elk, deer, big horn sheep, and black bear in a number of different seasons including Black Powder, Archery, and 4 different Rifle Seasons.

The Colorado San Juan National Forest and the Rio Grande National Forest are home to excellent elk hunting. We exclusively hunt GMUs 76, 77, 78, and 771. The hunting area consists of varying elevations from 5,500ft above sea level to 14,000ft above sea level.
