2013年11月28日 · My hair definitely grows faster while taking a hair and nails supplement with biotin in it. From what I've read, never take more than 5mg of biotin per day, otherwise it can cause acne. Swisse and Blackmore brands of hair and nail supplements have about 2.5mg per day. Inositol is good for anxiety.
