Caving can be incredibly fun and no more exerting than a mid level hike or even an easy one, there are walkable caves we've brought literal toddlers into completely safe with proper gear and all. Feb 8, 2023 · The BMS long frame micro rack is pretty much the go-to micro rack in the eastern US. I’d avoid the short frame version because it is very difficult to use with stiff 11mm, especially when dirty, but the long frame handles the traditional range of caving rope (9-11mm) very well.

I had a kit inside a nalgene to protect it from being crushed with extras like a candle, lighter for heating a cold caver.
