If we’re going off pure talent, I can definitely see why he would be in the NBA top 75, but if we’re going off his body of work or accolades I just can’t see why he would have gotten the nod over someone like Dwight Howard who’s resume is more decorated than Dame’s by a vast majority..

2023年9月24日 · Lillard isn't even a better player than Cliff Robinson. If basketball players only needed to play offense, Lillard could be ranked much higher, maybe even at the top. But basketball players are responsible for playing both offense and defense, and Lillard simply can't do it. Drexler, Sabonis and Walton are all miles ahead of Lillard.

This recent list isn’t really top 75, it’s top 25 since the top 50 list was made. So with an obvious snub like Howard, other more recent guys like AD and Lillard with worse resumes than say Giannis or Kawhi (two guys who don’t have much longevity yet but have peaked pretty high so far) stand out more.

People like you are backwards. You want to give Lillard a pass because he has a bad team but want to give him props for putting up numbers. They go hand-in-hand.
