2021年5月30日 · Ugh, well, that didn’t fix it, it’s back to decompressing and just stays there for days if I leave it go.This time it says “Decompressing fs-base-0.1.207.fspatch.002 dot dot dot” , and the dots do continue to flash, but the percentage complete gets stuck and it could simply go on forever on that exact file. Such a nightmare.

2023年4月5日 · Decompressing fs-base-cgl-0.1.75.fspackage.001 is where I get stuck after several complete wipes and retry to install from scratch. Util this point the installation got stuck but managed to get it move forward with the “erase the stuck file” hack.

2020年9月22日 · Before you do so, make sure you have some free disk space (at least 20% available), as decompressing files will start to consume disk space. From My PC, right click on C: and select Properties. Uncheck Compress this drive to save disk space and click Ok. You will be prompted for administrative rights to proceed, which you should grant.
