2024年2月28日 · I must not have explained the situation correctly. The settings for compose and reply are the same that I set many years ago. There is no issue there. The issue is the inbox preview pane that has many different font sizes in the received email. The font size of the message body is so small that the preview pane is useless. A sample is included.

2020年12月4日 · When I compose new messages in Outlook 2016 desktop version for Windows 10 (licensed with my M365 account), for some reason, the text display size is really small. Maybe 6 point or so. This is at 100% zoom. If I increase the zoom to about 300%, then it looks like a normal again email text again.
