If your purchase is older than 2 years, please visit the membership counter of your local warehouse with your picture ID, Costco membership number, and the date of your purchase.

Tracking on your order may not show any movement or initial scan for several days. There’s no need to worry! Your order is secure and will move through the carrier’s network soon. You can continue to track your order in your Orders and Purchases.
