The majority of the time I have seen anyone respond to someone's question or statement with "..bruh.." It is legitimately meant to express that the statement was either so tone deaf, stupid, ridiculous, unfathomable that there really isn't much more you can say to it because you just cannot believe that whatever the person said was something they truly believe.
