2021年12月8日 · My mouse is not connecting via Bluetooth. I removed it and then tried to pair it again, but it doesn't work. Bluetooth doesn't see the device, but the system is obviously recognizing it because it allows me to try and attach it. Mouse connection has been a problem since I bought the HP laptop.

2018年4月1日 · Turning the mouse off and then on would fix it until the next disconnect. Happened every minute or two, really frustrating. The solution was to uncheck the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" box under the "Power Management" tab of the "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)" device under Device Manager>Bluetooth.
