2022年8月31日 · I'm experiencing the same problem with 2 different Corsair mouse's. The reset button function or re-install icue didn't work out for me. The only thing that works is to plug the mouse into another computer. It will perfectly perform on it. Then I can plug it back into my laptop. This procedure makes it work on my computer after that for a while.

2021年9月6日 · This update didn't exist at the time I first got the issue so I resigned to just unplugging and replugging the mouse evey time I boot. Fix: Thie is for the wired version but should be the same with wireless. All you need to do is search up your mouse model. Go to the page on corsairs website. Go to the download tab. Download iCue software.

2022年2月8日 · The only way I can charge the mouse and use it at the same time is if I unplug the USB receiver. Which makes no sense at all. If it is plugged into the computer with a cable, it should just use the cable like a wired mouse. You know, like every other rechargeable wireless mouse ever created. 2023年12月25日 · I have same with corsair m65 ultra wireless. Mouse connected to slipstream. With corsair headphones. Both on wireless mode. Mouse works few minutes normal then show me red icon off, but works normal. Only Icue feature not working. But this is frustrating
