2023年4月4日 · There are four electrical connectors and 2 splices that could affect the DPF sensor circuit, between the DPF sensor and the PCM. Unfortunately you need to check the connectors for pushed back or loose in the connector pins. The harness runs from the PCM down the left side of the transmission until it crosses over to the DPF sensor.

2017年4月17日 · The best way to remove the DPF is unplug all the sensors under the bed, leaving the sensors in the DPF. Same with the metal tubes with rubber, leave that attached to the DPF follow the hoses up to the bed unplug the sensor remove the bolt that attaches the plate that this stuff is attached to, leaving all this crap attached to the DPF.

2022年5月10日 · I called the dealer but they just tell me to bring it in and that it'll be 2 weeks before they can get the part. I found it online and had it in 2 days. I think what I'll do is just replace the damaged hose and leave the existing sensor. Everything I've read says you need to set the offset for the new sensor, whatever that means.
