EA Play Pass doesn't work on Windows EA App (Works fine on Xbox One). I have linked -> unlinked -> linked the Xbox account with EA account already. I also tried resetting cache from the windows EA app. Nothing is working so far - the EA app on windows doesn't recognize the EA play pass I have.

If you bought EA Play on Steam, it wouldn't be active on the EA app. Steam and the EA app serve as two different entities, and the EA Play subscription you bought on Steam is not valid on the EA app. To use EA Play on the EA app also, you have to purchase it there directly.

I purchased xbox pass today and I wanted to play some games that are in the EA pass (xbox pass includes ea pass ) However when I start the ea app FROM the xbox app (the 2 are correctly linked, I can see my account in both xbox acc and the ea app) I dont have any option to download the game , just to buy it .

EA account now shows xbox account is linked, but still wont recognise subscription so I cannot play any EA Play games with Xbox Game Pass. Pretty close to cancelling all Microsoft and EA linked subscriptions and just stick to my steam catalogue backlog.
