NYC Parking Ticket Pay or Dispute is the official mobile application for DOF. You can use this app to pay or fight your parking ticket or camera violation. Any payments made using this app go directly to DOF.

With a parking ticket payment plan, you can pay the total amount you owe for parking ticket judgment debt in installments, rather than all at once. Entering into a parking ticket payment plan can prevent enforcement actions, such as having your vehicle booted or towed.

Your vehicle can be booted if you owe the City of New York more than $350 in parking or camera violation tickets that are in judgment. Visit the DOF website for additional booting and towing information.

To dispute a ticket, you must request a hearing within 30 days after the ticket was issued to avoid paying late penalties. You can dispute a ticket online, by mail, or via the Pay or Dispute mobile app.

You can look up information about parking tickets or camera violations you received if they are in the Department of Finance’s system. You can use the parking or camera violation online lookup to find out: How many unpaid violations you have on your registered vehicles; How much you owe; Whether a ticket is in judgment

If an administrative law judge finds you guilty at a parking ticket hearing, you have the right to appeal the decision. To request an appeal, you must file a Parking / Camera Violations Appeal Application by mail within 30 days of the administrative law judge’s hearing decision.
