These grapes were hand picked yesterday from our small block of Gin Gin clone Chardonnay which is reserved exclusively for our premium Prendiville range. These old vine Chardonnay grapes are being whole bunch pressed to tank before the juice is transferred to French oak barriques for spontaneous fermentation.
